Pathways 2 Solutions is hiring a Clinical Program Manager to organize and manage complex contract-support activities for the VA, coordinating clinical and operational workgroups, documentation, and compliance efforts.

The role provides senior-level project management guidance, working with clients, VA leadership, clinical teams, and technical staff to define goals, plans, and improvements in virtual health services.

Qualifications

• Clinical degree or Master’s with relevant experience in health sciences.
• At least 2 years of program/project management with master’s; or 10+ years with bachelor’s.
• Experience with healthcare systems, digital health, remote monitoring, or telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Organize contract operational-support activities across complex tasks.
• Interface with clients and VA leadership to define goals and deliverables.
