C² Technologies, Inc. seeks a Project Manager I to join our Training & Human Capital team and support the planning, coordination, and delivery of training, learning, workforce development, and human capital projects for government and commercial clients.

The Project Manager I will work closely with clients, project leadership, instructional designers, subject matter experts, multimedia developers, learning technology professionals, and other cross-functional team members to ensure projects are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of professional experience supporting projects or programs.
• Experience coordinating schedules, deliverables, and stakeholders.
• Experience preparing project documents, reports, and trackers.
• Strong MS Office experience, especially Excel/PowerPoint/Teams.
• Experience with PM platforms (MS Project or similar).
• Experience supporting training development or learning initiatives preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of training and human capital projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and trackers.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities across multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables.
• Assist with kickoff meetings, status reviews, and client updates.
• Prepare agendas, status reports, and action-item logs.
• Coordinate development and review of training products and learning solutions.
• Foster communication among clients, SMEs, instructional designers, and developers.
