Job summary

Cetusa, a boutique hospitality partner in Louisville's Whiskey Row, offers Internship and Trainee programs starting Oct–Dec 2026. The role covers learning all aspects of food service in an upscale hotel and advancing supervisory skills.

Programs require hospitality or restaurant management study (or recent grads within 12 months), advanced English, and the ability to communicate with clients and hotel staff. 32–40 hours weekly; 12-month duration; 2-week housing on arrival.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be hospitality or restaurant management undergraduate/graduate students or recent graduates within 12 months of graduation.
• Applicants must have advanced English and be able to communicate with clients and hotel associates.
• Experience outside the United States or foreign credentials with 1+ year in hospitality/restaurant management, or 5+ years in the field, are acceptable for the Trainee path.

Position Description:

• Learn all aspects of food service in an upscale hotel.
• Aid in upholding the highest quality standards for the food and beverage operation
• Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities.
• Advance management skills and supervisory duties.
• To apply for the Internship program, applicants must be hospitality or restaurant management undergraduate/graduate students OR a be recent graduates who begin program within 12 months of the graduation date
• To apply for the Trainee program, applicants must have either a degree or professional certificate from a foreign post-secondary academic institution and at least 1 year of prior related work experience in the hospitality or restaurant management field acquired outside the United States OR 5+ years of experience in this field.
• Applicants must speak advanced English, have a positive attitude, and have the ability to communicate with clients and hotel associates.
