CETUSA is seeking candidates for an internship/trainee program with a luxury hotel partner. The role focuses on learning all aspects of high-volume food service, assisting with food preparation, and developing supervisory skills under supervision.

Applicants should be students or recent graduates in restaurant management or culinary arts, possess advanced English, and be prepared for an on-site assignment with housing provided for a two-week introductory stay.

• To apply for Trainee, must have a degree or certificate and 1 year of related work experience outside the United States or 5+ years in the field.

• To apply for the Trainee program, applicants must have either a degree or professional certificate from a foreign post-secondary academic institution and at least 1 year of prior related work experience in the restaurant management or culinary arts field acquired outside the United States OR 5+ years of experience in this field.
• Applicants must have prior kitchen work experience
