Job summary

CETUSA is offering a 12-month hospitality internship in Stowe, Vermont, from May to October 2027, with 32–40 hours per week and a compensation of $20.00 per hour. Housing is provided weekly, and 14 internship positions are available in a luxury resort setting.

Applicants should be undergraduate/graduate students in restaurant management or culinary arts, or recent graduates within 12 months, with advanced English and some culinary experience.

The company is located in the well-known ski destination of Stowe, Vermont. It is an upscale resort located within walking distance from The Village. The resort is only ski-in, ski-out luxury resort. Welcoming suites feature flickering hearths that bathe every room in warm, golden hues. The resort guests enjoy year‑round activities including hiking, biking, golf, and fly‑fishing. In addition, The Village offers shopping, dining, cultural events, and festivals–all just minutes from the resort. The hotel resort and spa is looking for an intern to join their team and is offering a unique opportunity to get experience in the hospitality field.

Position Description:

• Learn all aspects of high‑volume food service
• Assist in preparing food for service (e.g. chop vegetables, butcher meat, or prepare sauces)
• Assist in preparing menu items under supervision
• Advance management skills and supervisory duties
• To apply for the Internship program, applicants must be restaurant management or culinary arts undergraduate/graduate students OR a be recent graduates who begin program within 12 months of the graduation date
• To for the Trainee program, applicants must have either a degree or professional certificate from a foreign post‑secondary academic institution and at least 1 year of prior related work experience in the restaurant management or culinary arts field acquired outside the United States, OR 5+ years of experience in this field.
• Some culinary work experience is required
• Advanced English is required
