Job summary

You will develop and maintain training materials, track attendance, collect feedback, and ensure continuity between in-person and field phases. Strong presentation skills and Microsoft Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience presenting or instructing in front of a live group.
• Comfortable speaking to groups of all sizes in-person and on camera.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the week-one training liaison and communicate with trainees before travel to the Training Center.
• Present live, in-person and virtual instruction for employees at all organizational levels.
• Lead onboarding, policy updates, professional development, and continued learning.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive business continuity plan for the training department.
• Document essential processes and resources for business continuity.
• Monitor attendance and coordinate trainee travel arrangements.
