Job summary

WebTPA in San Antonio, TX seeks a Claims Training Mentor to mentor new hires and staff through instructor-led and virtual training, while coaching and providing feedback to enhance job competence. You will deliver hands-on training across customer service and claims processing, supporting content evaluation and collaboration with design teams.

Travel to multiple locations may be required; strong communication and 1-2 years of training delivery experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years related work experience.
• iiiPUT system experience required.
• Self-Funded Claims Processing experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 1-2 years’ experience with training delivery in virtual or in-person environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and facilitate in person and virtual training for multiple job roles and client groups.
• Coach and provide feedback to new hires and existing staff to achieve competency.
• Evaluate and update training content in collaboration with auditing, operations, and Talent Development.
• Partner with instructional design and development teams to deliver pilot courses and assess materials.
