Job summary

Westport Properties, Inc. is seeking a Training Coordinator at the National Training Center in San Antonio, TX. This role leads live and virtual instruction for employees across all levels.

You will design and deliver training, collaborate with the Learning Content Designer, and manage onboarding, attendance, and program updates.

This position requires strong presentation skills, a flexible, team-oriented mindset, and the ability to adapt to changing training needs.

Qualifications

• Experience presenting or instructing in front of a live group is required.
• Comfortable speaking to groups of all sizes, in person and on camera in virtual sessions, required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• General office and telephone skills required.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint required.
• Experience facilitating virtual instruction (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead live, in-person and virtual training sessions for employees.
• Develop and refine instructional content with the Learning Content Designer.
• Coordinate travel and onboarding for trainees in the Training Center.
• Monitor attendance, track progress, and report outcomes to the Training Manager.
• Maintain training documents and SharePoint materials.
• Communicate schedules and training opportunities to staff.
• Attend weekly department meetings and support cross-team projects.
