Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to design and deliver comprehensive learning programs for the firm's attorneys and staff. The role focuses on eLearning video production, LMS administration, and creating clear user instructions to support firm-wide technology initiatives.

You will run trainings via Microsoft Teams and Zoom, perform needs assessments, and collaborate with departments to craft learning tracks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of training experience required.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
• High level of familiarity with software used at large law firms.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft products and legal applications.
• Ability to create, rewrite, and update user instructions.

Responsibilities

• Train and orient new and existing employees on firm policies, procedures, and systems.
• Provide ongoing training to attorneys and staff on systems relevant to their job requirements.
• Deliver training using Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
• Write and update technical instructions, quick reference guides, user manuals, and announcements.
• Develop and deliver eLearning videos using authoring tools.
• Serve as a primary administrator for the LMS.
• Support software rollouts through needs assessment, course design, documentation and video development.
