Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Training Coordinator to support Provider Solutions Sales, Customer Success, and Field Operations with onboarding and ongoing training initiatives. The role organizes logistics for live and virtual sessions, maintains the training calendar, and assists with LMS enrollments and content organization.

The candidate will prepare materials and documentation, monitor participation, and help with new hire onboarding, ensuring timely progress tracking and reporting to program

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in training coordination, onboarding, education, or administrative support (including internships).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), SharePoint, and virtual meeting tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative and positive mindset with a strong sense of initiative.
• Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Canva, Synthesia, or Articulate 360 is a plus.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Exposure to adult learning principles or training facilitation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and ongoing training initiatives for Provider Solutions Sales, Customer Success, and Field Operations teams.
• Schedule, organize, and manage logistics for live and virtual training sessions.
• Maintain the training calendar and assist with LMS enrollments and content organization.
• Prepare and distribute learning materials, presentation decks, and session documentation.
• Monitor participation, send reminders, and follow up on training completions.
• Assist with delivery and coordination of new hire onboarding sessions.
• Welcome and support new hires during onboarding activities.
• Track onboarding progress and report challenges or support needs.
• Maintain an organized library of job aids, SOPs, and training materials.
• Format and update documentation for clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment.
• Coordinate learner feedback collection for continuous improvement.
• Track training attendance and completion data.
• Compile survey responses and report results to program leaders.
• Support department-wide training projects and administrative tasks as needed.
