Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or Industrial Electrician Education required.
• Ability to use virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, Meet, WebEx) to communicate with learners.
• Strong presenting skills essential for in-person and virtual training delivery.
• Course development using ADDIE methodology and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for employees and clients.
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
• Utilize virtual learning systems to deliver training to remote employees and clients.
• Conduct in-person training sessions and presentations.
• Assess training needs and develop customized training programs to meet those needs.
• Track and report on training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
• Provide support and guidance to trainers and trainees.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
