Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train new OSSs on patient care support including exercises and scheduling.
• Mentor OSSs and provide support with patient processes.
• Collaborate with Clinic Directors on staffing assignments.
• Perform OSS duties in the clinic as needed.
• Assist in district or regional projects.
