Job summary

Pilbara Minerals Limited is hiring a Trainer / Permit Officer to ensure all MSDP personnel are trained, competent, authorized, and compliant with HSE requirements. Training is delivered via Moodle, with records in INX Intuition.

The role includes developing training materials, maintaining records, and performing VOC assessments for processing, mechanical and electrical teams. The position is a 12-month maximum term with an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth or DIDO in the Pilbara region, reporting to

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
• Experience delivering competency-based training.
• Knowledge of safety-critical work activities and HSE requirements in high-risk environments.
• Ability to develop, review and improve training materials and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analyses for new and existing personnel.
• Design, develop and review training materials, assessments and SOPs.
• Deliver training and VOC assessments for processing, mechanical and electrical teams.
• Maintain training records and competency matrices with auditable data.
• Coordinate with supervisors and Learning and Development to plan training delivery.
• Coach SMEs and team members in practical field training.
