Job summary

Pilbara Minerals Limited is seeking a Delivery Lead for infrastructure upgrades and major maintenance work at our Perth WA operations. You will lead planning, evaluation, design, execution and handover while coordinating contractors and consultants to meet safety and performance milestones.

You will manage scope, schedule and budgets, drive value engineering, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure readiness for handover and reliable project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualified in engineering.
• WA C class driver’s licence and project delivery experience.
• Experience in mineral processing, mining or allied process industries.
• Experience in sustaining capital or brownfield projects.
• Knowledge of mineral processing equipment and plant infrastructure.
• Strong engagement, collaboration and influencing to lead cross-functional teams.
• Commercially aware with managing scope, contracts, schedules, budgets and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe delivery of infrastructure projects across planning, evaluation, design, execution, commissioning and handover phases.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and resources to meet metrics and milestones.
• Oversee engineering consultants, construction contractors, vendors and equipment suppliers to ensure delivery to spec.
• Drive value engineering, procurement planning and technical tender reviews.
• Collaborate with internal project teams, site construction teams and readiness stakeholders to develop plans.
• Identify, communicate and mitigate project risks and changes with clear reporting.
