Job summary

The position involves assessing on-the-job skills, mentoring staff, and maintaining LMS records while coordinating with Operations and Maintenance to meet workforce needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 7 years training or leadership experience in a relevant field.
• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of directly related work experience.
• Proven computer literacy, including MS Office and Windows.
• Experience in adult education or corporate training preferred.
• Familiarity with MSHA/OSHA standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop learners' skills in safety, compliance, and operations training using pre-developed materials.
• Conduct hands-on and classroom training to build employee skills and reinforce knowledge.
• Assess employees' on-the-job skills to ensure safe application and competency.
• Mentor instructional staff and maintain training records in the LMS.
• Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance to align training with workforce needs.
