Pilbara Minerals Limited is seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead for mechanical fixed plant maintenance in our Pilbara operations. This full-time role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and coordinates technicians, trades, and safety processes to sustain reliability.

Qualifications

• Fixed Plant maintenance experience in mining environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a maintenance team aligned with PLS safety and environmental policies.
• Direct work crews to stop unsafe tasks and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate trades and daily activities to meet the maintenance plan.
• Audit work environment and promote safety awareness.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors on job allocation and progress.
• Support quality control and continuous improvement.
• Deliver weekly work management plans.
