You will collaborate with Operations and Maintenance to tailor content to workforce needs, mentor instructional staff, and keep accurate LMS training records for regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum education and relevant experience specified in job postings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Experience in adult education or corporate training is preferred.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory training standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop learners' skills in safety, compliance, and operations training.
• Deliver hands‑on and classroom training using pre‑developed materials.
• Assess on‑the‑job skills and provide feedback to ensure safety.
• Collaborate with Operations/Maintenance to align training with needs.
• Maintain training records in the LMS and participate in train‑the‑trainer programs.

Education

High School Diploma or GED with 7 years of training/leadership experience

Bachelor’s degree with 3 years related experience

Technical competence in operation or mechanical trades

MS Office and Windows proficiency

Strong analytical thinking

Effective communication

Experience mentoring in field environments

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
