Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a Training Coach II to deliver onboarding, clinical skills training, and workforce readiness across the market. You will facilitate classroom, virtual, and hands-on sessions, coach learners, track progress, and ensure adherence to standardized workflows and patient care standards.

Travel to multiple locations is expected as part of supporting multi-site training initiatives. The role requires 2+ years of clinical experience in urgent care or outpatient settings,

Qualifications

• Knowledge of clinical operations, workflows, and patient care standards.
• Ability to deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training.
• Experience validating competencies and providing developmental feedback.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding, clinical skills training, and workflow education.
• Monitor learner progress and completion using tracking tools.
• Assess learner performance and validate competencies; provide remediation as needed.
• Support training operations, schedules, logistics, and reporting.
• Provide clinical support and uphold quality and patient care standards.
