Job summary

GoHealth seeks a Training Coach II to lead onboarding, clinical skills training, and workflow education across a multi-site market. This field-based role supports Providers, Radiologic Technologists, and patients by delivering classroom, virtual, and hands-on sessions while modeling best practices.

The successful candidate will coordinate learner progress, document assessments, and assist in piloting new training initiatives. A clinical license and 2+ years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licenses: Active clinical certification or license (MA, EMT, Paramedic, or LPN).
• Experience: 2+ years in urgent care, outpatient, or similar clinical settings.
• Experience with onboarding and training programs is preferred.
• Familiarity with Epic or eClinicalWorks required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding, clinical skills training, and workflow education.
• Provide classroom, virtual, and hands‑on training; back‑up facilitator as needed.
• Monitor learner progress and communicate status to leadership.
• Support training operations, schedules, and program logistics.
• Provide clinical support to Providers, Radiologic Technologists, and patients as needed.
