Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a Training Coach II to deliver and coordinate clinical and operational training across our urgent care centers. You will lead onboarding, classroom, and in-center sessions to ensure MA and provider teams achieve readiness for independent support.

As an MA-capable trainer, you will cover MA shifts when needed, guide learners through EHR workflows (Epic/eClinicalWorks), and contribute to a culture of learning, quality, and continuous improvement across markets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active clinical certification or license (MA, EMT, Paramedic, or LPN) required.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in urgent care, outpatient, or similar settings.
• Prior experience as Training Coach/Preceptor or similar role.
• Experience using an Electronic Health Record (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire onboarding, clinical skills training, and workflow education.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training with backup facilitation as needed.
• Monitor learner progress and maintain training records and certifications.
• Support training operations, logistics, and reporting activities.
• Provide clinical support and ensure compliance with quality and patient care standards.
