Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a Training Coach II to independently deliver and coordinate clinical and operational training across its market. In addition to training responsibilities, this role may cover MA shifts when needed, acting as a subject matter expert in clinical workflows and learner development.

The role requires strong coaching, communication, and instructional skills, with a focus on onboarding and performance assessment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Active clinical certification or license (MA, EMT, Paramedic, or LPN).
2+ years of clinical experience in urgent care, outpatient, or similar clinical settings.
Prior experience as Training Coach, Preceptor, or equivalent role.
Experience using an Electronic Health Record (EHR).

Responsibilities

Facilitate new hire onboarding, clinical skills training, and workflow education.
Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training; serve as backup facilitator as needed.
Monitor learner attendance, training progress, and completion using established tools.
Observe and assess learner performance; validate competencies and identify skill gaps.
Support training operations, schedules, and program logistics.
Provide clinical support and maintain required clinical competencies and compliance.
