Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care seeks a Training Coach II to deliver, coordinate, and support clinical and operational training across the market. The role includes onboarding, classroom instruction, and in-center training to help MA learners transition to independent support for Providers and patients.

The incumbant covers MA shifts as needed, supports Providers, Radiologic Technologists, and patients, and models excellence in clinical workflows and team collaboration within a fast-paced urgent care

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active clinical certification or license (MA, EMT, Paramedic, or LPN).
• BLS certification or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in urgent care, outpatient, or similar settings.
• Experience using an Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Experience supporting onboarding and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding, clinical skills training, and workflow education for new hires.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training; back-up facilitator as needed.
• Reinforce standardized workflows, policies, and procedures.
• Provide coaching and feedback to support learner development and onboarding experience.
• Monitor learner attendance and progress using tracking tools.
• Maintain accurate training records, assessments, and certifications.
