Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a Training Coach II to deliver, coordinate, and support clinical and operational training across the market. The role includes onboarding, classroom instruction, and in-center training to ensure learners transition to independent active support for Providers and staff.

As a hands-on contributor, you may cover MA shifts and serve as a subject matter expert in clinical workflows, patient care standards, and adult learning principles.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and active clinical certification or license (MA, EMT, Paramedic, or LPN).
• 2+ years of clinical experience in urgent care, outpatient, or similar settings; prior Training Coach/Preceptor experience is a plus.
• Experience using an Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Experience supporting onboarding and training programs; ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding, clinical skills training, and workflow education in classroom, virtual, and hands-on formats.
• Deliver training and serve as backup facilitator as needed; reinforce standardized workflows and policies.
• Monitor learner progress, provide feedback, and maintain training records and certifications.
• Participate in Training Coach candidate interviews and assess learner performance.
• Support training operations, scheduling, and program logistics; partner with leadership to ensure consistency.
