Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a Training Coach II to deliver and coordinate clinical and operational training across our market. You will onboard new staff, lead classroom and hands-on sessions, and support learners as they transition to independent patient care roles.

In addition to training duties, you may cover MA shifts as needed and support Epic or eClinicalWorks users. Strong communication, coaching, and LMS tracking are essential to help our Providers, Radiologic Technologists, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active clinical license or certification (MA/EMT/Paramedic/LPN).
• 2+ years clinical experience in urgent care or outpatient settings.
• Prior Training Coach or Preceptor experience; EHR experience.
• Experience with Epic or eClinicalWorks and other EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding, clinical skills and workflow training.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and hands-on sessions.
• Track learner progress and training completion.
• Assess performance and provide feedback to learners.
• Support training operations and program logistics.
