Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care seeks a Training Coach II to deliver, coordinate, and support clinical and operational training across our market. This role leads onboarding and classroom instruction, while also covering MA shifts as needed to support Providers, Radiologic Technologists, and patients.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of urgent care experience, active clinical credentials, and proficiency with EHR systems. Travel between centers is expected to ensure training excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active clinical certification or license (MA, EMT, Paramedic, or LPN) with BLS preferred.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in urgent care or similar.
• Experience with an Electronic Health Record (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding, clinical skills training, and workflow education.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training; back-up facilitator as needed.
• Reinforce standardized workflows, policies, and best practices.
• Provide coaching and feedback to support learner development and onboarding experience.
• Monitor learner attendance and training progress using tracking tools.
• Maintain training records, assessments, and certifications.
