Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical experience in urgent care, outpatient, or similar settings.
• Experience as Training Coach, Preceptor, or equivalent role.
• Experience using an Electronic Health Record (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire onboarding, clinical skills training, and workflow education.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training; backup facilitator.
• Reinforce standardized workflows, policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Provide coaching and feedback to support learner development.
