Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program with field-based and classroom training conducted at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, including mentorship and on-call exposure to our automotive software and services.

After completing the training, you will relocate to an assigned territory and become a Sales Professional, responsible for achieving monthly and annual quotas

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years and no OVI/DUI/DWI in the last 5 years.
Bachelor’s degree.
Good time management skills.
Strong customer relationships and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to travel (overnight) 80–100% during training.
Willing to relocate after successful completion of the training program.

Responsibilities
