Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated and hard-working Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12 month sales training program, including field-based and classroom sessions at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

During training, you will travel extensively with overnight stays and work with a Sales Mentor to learn the sales process and product offerings. Upon completion, you will relocate to an assigned territory and begin selling Reynolds products

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong time management and prioritization.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Willing to travel 80-100% during training.
• Relocation after training is offered by the company.

Responsibilities

• Relocate to assigned territory after training and become a Sales Professional.
• Meet designated monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products and services.
• Travel with sales mentor to observe and support calls during training.
