Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking motivated and hardworking Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program combining field-based and classroom training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, with travel 80-100% during training.

Upon completion, you will relocate to an assigned territory, become a Sales Professional, and drive quotas selling Reynolds products and services to automotive customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Willing to relocate after training and travel 80-100% during training.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 12-month sales training program consisting of field and classroom sessions.
