Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join a 12‑month training program combining field and classroom instruction. Training occurs at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, with travel and field mentoring across territories.

After completing the program, you relocate to an assigned territory to become a Sales Professional, responsible for meeting quotas by selling high‑end software solutions and services to automotive dealerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong time management skills required.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record (last 3 years).
• Willing to travel 80–100% during training and relocate after program.

Responsibilities

• Enroll in 12‑month sales training program (field and classroom).
• Relocate to assigned territory after training and achieve monthly/annual quotas.
• Sell Reynolds products and services to automotive dealerships.
• Support field teams by accompanying them on calls and travels.
