The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking motivated, hard-working Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program with field and classroom components, including travel with mentors and to Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

Upon program completion, you relocate to an assigned territory as a Sales Professional. Relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Good time management and ability to travel 80–100% during training.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with limited moving violations.
• Willing to relocate after training to assigned territory.

Responsabilités

• As a Sales Professional, achieve monthly and annual quotas in assigned Reynolds products and services.
• Participate in a 12-month field and classroom sales training program with a Sales Mentor.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training; company provides relocation assistance.
• Sell to new and existing customers in the assigned territory.
