Job summary

M&K Truck Centers, West Newton, PA, seeks a Trailer Sales Representative to grow new business and service existing accounts across our trailer portfolio, including vocational trailers, flatbeds, dry vans, and refrigerated units. You will develop proposals, write orders, and strive to exceed quotas in a team‑oriented environment, supported by a competitive commissions structure and benefits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated extraordinary customer service and ability to build long‑term relationships.

• Familiarity with Excel, Word and CRM software.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new clients for both new and used trailers while servicing assigned accounts within a territory.
• Identify customers’ hauling needs and deliver solutions meeting high customer satisfaction standards.
• Promote and sell a range of semi-trailers and commercial cargo trailers (vocational, flatbed, dry van, refrigerated).
• Prepare and present professional sales proposals tailored to customer requirements.
• Write sales orders, secure deposits, and process paperwork per dealership policies.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance goals.
