Job summary

M&K Truck Centers, a premier commercial truck dealership in Waukee, IA, is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. You will assist in managing a profitable service department, drive CSI scores, and help control service activity.

The role emphasizes customer communication and repair recommendations. Responsibilities include appointment coordination, work-order management, recalls research, and recommending maintenance in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service experience.
• Must work closely with vehicle repair technicians.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Respectable comprehension of dealer business systems; ADP Dealer System preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with setting service appointments, and inform them of service status.
• Open and close work orders in a timely manner.
• Research vehicle recalls and service information with manufacturers' sites.
• Sell needed vehicle maintenance and repairs in an honest, courteous and professional way.
