Kistler Instrument Corporation is seeking a Sales and Application Engineer for its Traffic Solutions group in North America. You will drive sales targets, work with DOTs, system integrators, and partners, and provide technical guidance across ITS product lines.

You will manage large accounts, develop opportunities, and coordinate with marketing and engineering teams to expand market presence while traveling extensively in the US and Canada.

Competenze

• Minimum 5+ years in B2G sales of capital equipment in traffic sector (ANPR/LPR cameras, WIM, RSU, or related ITS)
• Minimum 5 years' experience in sales management or large accounts management
• Experience with sensors/electronics for ITS applications
• Knowledge of network equipment and protocols
• Understanding of systems engineering and integration

Mansioni

• Achieve sales targets and grow the Traffic Solutions business across North America
• Manage and support system integrator accounts, DOT customers, partners, and stakeholders
• Provide technical and sales support via visits, meetings, calls, and emails
• Develop new projects, opportunities, partnerships, and customer relationships
• Maintain market knowledge and provide insights for sales/marketing strategies
• Share knowledge with internal teams and collaborate across Americas and globally
• Manage territory activity and CRM-driven reporting and follow-up
• Execute sales and business strategies aligned with targets
• Support marketing activities like trade shows and events
• Collaborate on content/materials to promote Traffic Solutions
