Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET‑accredited program.
15+ years of related traffic engineering experience.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
Experience leading traffic engineering teams across multiple offices.

Responsibilities

Lead service line leadership and community building across regional teams.
Develop growth strategies and measurable outcomes for service line performance.
Support pursuits with win strategies and cross‑office team alignment.
Position JMT as a traffic engineering industry leader through publications and partnerships.
Coordinate with business lines to integrate traffic with broader transportation projects.
