Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field from an ABET accredited engineering program.
15+ years of related traffic engineering experience.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
Experience with operating in a hybrid environment and with dispersed teams.
Strong business acumen and experience in a service-line leadership role.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans and grow client relationships.

Responsibilities

Promote and lead knowledge sharing, technical expertise, and coordination across regional traffic teams.
Develop client-specific expertise and best practices across markets.
Lead strategic growth, set priorities, and advance an integrated traffic engineering portfolio.
Manage relationships with clients and project leaders on complex or high-profile work.
Recruit, coach, and mentor senior traffic engineering leaders and staff across offices.
