Responsibilities

Lead the Traffic Engineering Service Line across the firm and build cross-office collaboration.
Develop strategic priorities, growth plans, and performance metrics for the service line.
Support client pursuits with technical and strategic input during proposals and interviews.
Foster knowledge sharing, innovation, and best practices across markets and offices.
Partner with other lines to integrate services and expand offerings.
Oversee recruitment, staff development, and succession planning within the service line.
