Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson seeks an energetic Traffic Engineering Service Line Leader to expand capabilities across offices and markets. You will shape a national practice, mentor professionals, and drive strategic growth within the Transportation Business Line.

You will coordinate with civil engineers, planners, and technicians, lead pursuit strategies, and advance innovative traffic solutions for government and private clients nationwide while managing performance and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• 15+ years of traffic engineering experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent.
• Experience leading traffic engineering teams across offices.
• Hybrid work environment experience

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for service line growth across markets and offices.
• Develop strategic plans and measurable outcomes for growth and delivery.
• Lead pursuits, client engagement, and partnerships for major projects.
• Mentor senior leaders and staff across dispersed teams.
• Coordinate with other lines to integrate traffic practice and innovations
