Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (ABET-accredited) is required.
• 15+ years of traffic engineering experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Experience with operations, strategic planning, marketing, and business development.
• Experience in a hybrid environment with dispersed teams.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a strategic plan.
• Established client and industry relationships and experience supporting pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Lead knowledge sharing and coordination across regional traffic teams.
• Develop client-specific expertise and best practices.
• Build networks connecting staff across offices.
• Align talent to opportunities.
• Advance an integrated traffic portfolio including ITS, data analytics, and mulitmodal analysis.
• Set annual priorities and measurable growth outcomes.
• Develop and update a strategic service line plan.
• Lead new services and delivery approaches.
• Support business development and pursuits with regional leaders.
• Coach and mentor traffic engineers and leaders.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements.
