Job summary

Flagger Force, LLC is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers to help protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians in active work zones. This on-site role offers pay from $17.50 to $19.50 per hour with a path to promotion and leadership within 30 to 90 days.

Crews are dispatched from home to job sites, emphasizing safety and community impact. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining traffic control zones, guiding flows, and collaborating with Crew Leaders to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Satisfactory driving record as verified by MVR Review.
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM – late afternoon).
• Physical endurance: stand 8–12 hours, walk 1–2 miles daily, lift 30–50 lbs, work outdoors in varied conditions.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.
• Obtain steel-toe or composite-toe boots (6" high).
• Approved two-way radios.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.
