You’ll work outdoors, require a valid driver’s license, and be part of a safety‑driven team with paid in‑house training, overtime options, a company vehicle after promotion, and a full benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required.
• Employees must be able to drive themselves to and from job sites (ride-sharing or drop-offs not permitted).
• Satisfactory driving record that meets company vehicle driving requirements (MVR review).
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM – late afternoon).
• Physical endurance to stand 8–12 hours, walk 1–2 miles per day, lift 30–50 lbs, and work outdoors.

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry
