Flagger Force, LLC is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers (Crew Members) to safely guide traffic in active work zones. Crews are dispatched from home to job sites across the eastern United States, with emphasis on safety and reliability.

The role offers growth into leadership positions and paid training. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining work zones, directing traffic, and collaborating with Crew Leaders to ensure efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; must drive to job sites.
• MVR review to verify driving record.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.
