Flagger Force is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers (Crew Members) to help protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians in active work zones across the eastern United States. Flaggers are dispatched from home to job sites, offering convenience and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; must be able to drive to/from job sites.
• Satisfactory driving record; verified via MVR.
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM).
• Physical endurance: stand 8-12 hours, walk 1-2 miles, lift 30-50 lbs, outdoors in various conditions.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.
• Steel-toe or composite-toe boots (6" height).
• Approved two-way radios.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.
