Job summary

Flagger Force, LLC is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers to protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians in active work zones across the eastern United States. You will be dispatched from home to sites, and assist with setting up and maintaining safe traffic control measures.

We offer advancement paths from Crew Member to leadership, in-house training, competitive wages of $16.50–$19.30 per hour, overtime, and a robust benefits package as the company expands across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid drivers license and a reliable personal vehicle required.
• Satisfactory driving record that meets company vehicle driving requirements.
• Availability Mondayriday (as early as 6AM late afternoon).
• Physical endurance 8-12 hours, walk 1-2 miles per day, lift 30-50 lbs, outdoors in various conditions.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.
• Obtain steel-toe or composite-toe boots that lace above the ankles and are at least 6 in height.
• Approved two-way radios.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.
