Flagger Force, LLC is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers to protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians in active work zones. Flaggers are dispatched from home to job sites, offering flexibility and consistent shifts.

This essential role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability, with weekly pay and clear advancement paths toward Crew Leader roles, plus promotional bonuses and paid in-house training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• MVR review required by company.
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6 AM).
• Physical endurance: stand 8–12 hours, walk 1–2 miles, lift 30–50 lbs.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.
• Steel-toe or composite-toe boots (6").
• Approved two-way radios.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.
