Flagger Force is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers to guide traffic safely through work zones and support crew leaders. Roles are dispatched from home to jobs across the eastern United States, offering growth into leadership with hands-on training and a path to advanced positions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle required.
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM – late afternoon).
• Physical endurance – stand 8-12 hours, walk 1-2 miles, lift 30-50 lbs.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.
• Obtain steel-toe or composite-toe boots (6" height).
• Approved two-way radios.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.
