Flagger Force, LLC is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers to guide traffic safely through work zones and support Crew Leaders. This role offers daily outdoor work with opportunities for growth and leadership track.

You will be dispatched from home to job sites across the eastern United States, with advancement opportunities to Crew Leader within 30–90 days and a $500 promotional bonus. This essential role contributes to public safety and infrastructure development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required.
• Satisfactory driving record per company requirements.
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM – late afternoon).
• Physical ability to stand 8–12 hours, walk 1–2 miles daily, lift 30–50 lbs, outdoor work in varying conditions.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.
• Obtain steel-toe or composite-toe boots with 6"+ height.
• Approved two‑way radios.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands‑on experience in the traffic control industry.
