Job summary

Flagger Force, LLC is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers to guide vehicles and pedestrians through active work zones. Crewmembers work outdoors with a team to set up and maintain safe traffic patterns, reporting to Crew Leaders as needed.

This essential role offers advancement to Crew Leader in 30–90 days, in-house training, overtime options, and a comprehensive benefits package. You’ll contribute to public safety and infrastructure across the eastern United States.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle required.
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM – late afternoon).
• Physical endurance – stand 8-12 hours, walk 1-2 miles per day, lift 30-50 lbs.
• Committed to safety, teamwork and reliability.
• Must obtain steel-toe boots and approved two-way radios.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.
