Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro seeks a Traffic Safety Protector to join our field team. You will set up cones, signs, and barricades, guide traffic with stop/slow paddles, and help maintain safety standards at job sites. No prior experience or degree is required as comprehensive training is provided.

You will communicate with your crew and supervisor, keep equipment and vehicles clean and safe, and have opportunities for overtime, paid training, and a path to advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to stand, walk, and lift 40-50 lbs.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather; must be punctual, alert around traffic, and conduct yourself respectfully.
• Pre-hire screening including a drug test is required.

You will communicate with your crew and supervisor, and help keep equipment and vehicles clean and safe.

Qualifications include a valid driver’s license, ability to stand, walk, lift 40-50 pounds, and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Flexibility, punctuality, alertness around traffic, and respectful conduct are essential. Passing a pre-hire screening, including a drug test, is required.

Compensation and Benefits
