Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to join a team at various job sites, ensuring safety and proper traffic control. No prior experience or degree required; comprehensive training and support are provided.

Daily duties include setting up cones, signs, and barricades, guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles, and monitoring site activity. Expect outdoor work in all weather, with possible night, weekend, or emergency shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 40–50 pounds.
• Will work in traffic and varied weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule and punctuality.
• Must pass pre-hire screening, including drug tests.
• Alertness around moving traffic and safety rule adherence.
• Respectful interaction with coworkers, clients and the public.
